1. Introduction

Waonline ("the App", "we") is a contact status notification service that respects its users' privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have.

2. Data We Collect

Device identifier: A random identifier generated by the App, not linked to your personal information. It is kept even after you delete your account so that the free trial and promo codes cannot be reused.
Phone numbers you enter: Used only to provide the notification service.
Status records: Online/offline timestamps for the numbers you track. Kept for at most 90 days, then deleted automatically.
Subscription status: Payments are processed by the Apple App Store / Google Play; we never store card or payment details.
Push notification token and platform (iOS/Android): Required to deliver notifications.
Language and time zone: To send notifications in your language and respect your quiet hours.
IP address: Kept briefly to prevent abuse (e.g. unlimited trial accounts); never used for profiling.

3. How We Use Data

To provide the App's core notification feature
To manage subscription and trial status
To diagnose technical problems and prevent abuse
To measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (see below)

4. Service Providers and Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. The following providers are used solely for the stated purpose:

RevenueCat: Subscription validation and management.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): Delivery of push notifications.
Meta (Facebook) SDK: Measuring installs and purchases from advertising campaigns. On iOS the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used only if you grant permission; otherwise measurement is limited to anonymous aggregate data. On Android the Google advertising ID is used for the same purpose and can be reset in device settings.

5. Data Security

All data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Session keys are stored in your device's secure storage (Keychain / Keystore).

6. Retention and Deletion

Using "Delete Account" in the App immediately deletes your account, tracked numbers, status records and notification tokens. Only the anonymous device identifier (trial/promo ledger) remains. You may also send a deletion request to the address below.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
