1. The Service

Waonline ("the App") is a mobile application that delivers contact status notifications for phone numbers chosen by the user. The App is not a product, partner or representative of any third-party messaging platform.

2. Acceptance

By using the App you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 18 and over. Persons under 18 may not use the App.

4. Acceptable Use

• The App may be used only for lawful and ethical purposes.
• It may not be used to surveil, harass, threaten or disturb others.
• Persistent monitoring of any person without their consent (stalking) is strictly prohibited.
• Use of the App for any criminal activity is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or extracting the App's source code is prohibited.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the selected period (weekly, monthly or quarterly).
• Your account is charged automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Cancellation is done in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• No partial refunds are given for the active period.
• Prices may exclude taxes and vary by region.

6. Free Trial

New accounts may receive a limited in-app trial. The trial does not require a subscription and nothing is charged when it ends; premium features simply switch off. The trial is granted once per device; deleting and recreating the account does not grant a new trial.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service; notifications depend on the behaviour of third-party platforms and may be delayed or interrupted. You bear full responsibility for any unlawful use of the App.

9. Termination

Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms when necessary. Material changes are announced inside the App. If you do not accept the updated terms, stop using the App.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.
